Will Starlink be used for primary or backup connectivity?	Yes
Will Starlink be used for military applications?	No
Is the customer a US Federal entity or using US Federal fund appropriations?	No

Improve education, community or environmental welfare

Connect underserved, remote or at-risk populations

Support critical public health or safety services

Support initiatives contributing to public good

E-Cube will help assess your project before submission. Approval is not automatic and remains subject to Starlink review.
